Where the framework became visible
The medical story showed what happens when diagnosis, history, communication needs, structural findings, functional symptoms, agency actions, and lived experience are separated. Project Fionigan grew from the need to preserve the whole context long enough for a human reviewer to understand it.
Accessibility is the front door
If a person cannot reliably speak, navigate, read, or carry context from one setting to another, continuity has already failed. The website therefore keeps accessible reading and navigation available across the approved public record.
The public explanation stops before the mechanics
The public site explains the problem, purpose, approved history, and human-centered limits. Internal architecture, implementation details, prototypes, technical roadmaps, and confidential development materials remain private under NDA.
Human review and decision
Project Fionigan supports continuity and communication. It does not replace clinical judgment, engineering judgment, institutional authority, legal process, research review, or the original source record.
