Section 1
Section 1: Accessibility origin and changing access
Accessibility is the front door. Project Fionigan grew from both technical experience and lived experience with changing access. The public site therefore offers different reading depths, keyboard-visible focus, larger controls, read-aloud support, contrast choices, image descriptions, and language entry pages. These supports do not replace the person; they reduce the burden of repeatedly rebuilding context during a difficult moment.

Section 2: The whole person and longitudinal history
HIGH Patient is the whole-person lane. It resists reducing a life to one diagnosis, one facility, or one disputed event. The public chronology distinguishes documented records, first-person observation, and open questions while preserving the surrounding identity, work, relationships, and creative life that give the medical record meaning.
Section 3
Section 3: Structural and functional neurologic chronology
The public chronology preserves cervical findings and surgery, later abnormal movements, movement-disorder review, EMG material, and federal specialty evaluation. NIH documented a Bereitschaftspotential preceding the abnormal movement, with an impression of likely functional chorea/FND. That statement is presented as the documented finding; it does not settle every structural, temporal, treatment, or causation question.

Section 4: Communication and continuity failure
Project Fionigan treats handoff failure as an accessibility problem as well as an information problem. A person may know the history and still be unable to reproduce it under pressure. Public continuity pages therefore link claims to sources, show uncertainty, preserve chronology, and offer shorter routes into the same numbered sections.
Section 5
Section 5: Emergency, agency, and accountability record
The accountability lane preserves what was reported, what an agency or institution recorded, how a matter was disposed, and what remains disputed or incomplete. Allegations are labeled as allegations. A claim is not presented as a finding. Private case numbers, raw medical records, signatures, addresses, and other identifiers that are not approved for public release remain outside the public package.

Section 6: Research, Abstract 178, and the conference record
Historical conference artifacts retain their accepted or distributed wording and are labeled as artifacts. The surrounding website uses current public wording, distinguishes accepted text from later interpretation, and links to accessible descriptions and text variants. The materials support discussion and review; they are not a clinical guideline or a substitute for original records.

Section 7: Accessibility barriers beyond the interface
The official Stafford County Public Schools HB 2278 filing reports that Moseley Architects PC performed accessibility studies across 37 facilities. That four-page public filing is not the complete facility-level study. The public site therefore does not present missing facility pages or absent photographs as if they were loaded; it labels the available filing, direct account, de-identified summary, and open verification work separately.

Section 8: Record recovery and source verification
One canonical public copy or official source link is maintained for each approved document. A stable permanent ID remains the same when a visible title or filename is corrected. Old public paths are preserved through aliases. Private originals may be acknowledged in the internal registry, but they are not included in the Cloudflare package.
Section 9
Section 9: The framework and the public boundary
The public site explains purpose, lived origin, approved history, accessibility, evidence relationships, and human authority. ToneLane remains private development. Wheelchair and mobility accessibility work may be named as private exploration. Prototype modules, features, architecture, workflow, pricing, roadmap, testing status, release timing, reference-library structure, and implementation details are not publicly disclosed.

Section 10: A life larger than medicine
Project Fionigan keeps the person in the boat. The website includes the creative and practical chapters that existed before the medical crisis and continued through it. These chapters help a reviewer understand capability, change, motivation, and the human stakes without turning private family or medical records into public content.
