Name correction
Moseley Architects PC—not Pearson.
The public Stafford County Public Schools filing says Moseley Architects PC performed accessibility studies of 37 facilities. The four-page filing was submitted by SCPS under Virginia’s HB 2278 reporting process. It should not be described as a Pearson report.

The longer facility-level material is referenced in the source trail, but the complete study is not included in this package. The available review described several Stafford High conditions while leaving the later exterior-route question unresolved.
Direct account
Stafford High route barrier
At a Stafford High event, the reported accessible route presented a curb-ramp and path barrier for an electric folding wheelchair. Assistance from other people was reportedly required. This is a first-person accessibility account, not an official inspection finding.

The current public package does not contain the incident-photo bytes or the complete facility-level study. No substitute images are used. Follow-up, FOIA history, and any later official response must remain labeled until the approved source is present.

Could the chair move from the parking area to the path without an unsafe lip, gap, angle, or forced assistance?

Did the accessible route remain connected from arrival to the event destination?
4. Independent use
Could the route be used with dignity and without relying on people to physically overcome the barrier?
5. Response
What was documented, corrected, preserved, or left unresolved after the event?
